Zu Haus Flats will feature five apartments on the upper level, as well as an outdoor space for tenets to use.  These apartments are located in the heart of Minden’s village square. This developing project requires the refurbishment of the vintage Albers building that was first constructed in 1886. Zu Haus Flats is set to be ready for occupancy in 2025.
